A virtual consultation happens over a secure video call inside TPT. You'll get a unique meeting link 15 minutes before the scheduled time. No external apps needed — works in any modern browser.

Standard consultations are 30 minutes. You can extend the duration or book longer slots (60/90 mins) based on the advocate's availability and your case complexity.

We accept all major UPI apps (PhonePe, GPay, Paytm), credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), and net banking. All payments are processed securely through Razorpay.

Payment is collected at the time of booking to confirm your slot. The amount is held securely and released to the advocate only after the consultation is completed.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. If you cancelled within the allowed window, you get a full refund. Disputed consultations are reviewed case-by-case.

No. The price you see at booking is the final amount. There are no booking fees, platform charges, or hidden costs for clients. GST (where applicable) is included in the displayed price.
